The Athabasca Freighter is fairly uncommon, but high end cargo ship of the Twelve Colonies. The design of the vessel allows easy access to all areas of the ship including the cargo areas which are always provided with life support equal to that of the rest of the vessel. This has made the freighter type ideal for conversion to civilian housing.
